Why Babar Azam is not Playing IPL?
There are a few reasons why Babar Azam is not playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
- Political tensions between India and Pakistan: Pakistan players have not been allowed to participate in the IPL since the inaugural season in 2008 due to political tensions between the two countries.
- Babar’s preference for other leagues: Babar has said that he would prefer to play in other leagues, such as the Big Bash League (BBL) and the Caribbean Premier League (CPL), because he believes that they will help him improve his game more than the IPL.
- Babar’s commitment to Pakistan cricket: Babar is a very important player for the Pakistan national team, and he wants to focus on playing for his country. He believes that playing in the IPL would take away from his time with the Pakistan team.
It is possible that Babar will play in the IPL in the future, but for now, he is not interested in participating.
