Consumed by Pride Diablo 4 Not Working
The Consumed by Pride quest in Diablo 4 is not working for some players. The quest is supposed to start when you speak to Ealda in the Crane Tribe Hutmoot, but for some players, the quest does not start or the quest objective does not update.
There are a few possible reasons why the Consumed by Pride quest is not working:
- Corrupted game files: If your game files are corrupted, it can cause problems with quests starting or completing. To verify your game files, open the Battle.net app, click on the Diablo 4 game icon, and select “Options”. Then, click on the “Scan and Repair” button.
- Outdated or buggy drivers: Outdated or buggy drivers can also cause problems with games. Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card installed. You can download the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

Here are the steps on how to complete the Consumed by Pride quest:
- Speak to Ealda in the Crane Tribe Hutmoot.
- She will tell you that some of her warriors have gone missing. She asks you to find them.
- Head south of the Hutmoot to the Field of Broken Spears.
- Look for the missing warriors. You will eventually find the body of a mutilated barbarian.
- Investigate the body and then defeat the Blood-crazed Barbarians that suddenly appear.
- Return to Ealda with the news.
